On April 26, the Montserrat Rack Railway will offer a special descent service at 12:45 a.m. for those attending the Vigil of the Virgin Mary. The mass will take place at the Montserrat Abbey in honor of her name day.
The Basilica of Montserrat will host, next Friday, April 26, a special mass on the occasion of the Vigil of Santa Maria, a very special event for the faithful that is celebrated the day before the feast of the Virgin of Montserrat.
To facilitate access for visitors who wish to attend, the Montserrat Rack Railway will offer a special night service of descent, at 12:45 a.m.
Tickets for this night service can be purchased in the online store and also at the Monistrol – Vila station, from where this Rack Railway departs.
